The copper coating of the electrode is done considering 100/250 micron of copper. and its Pre-filled with a crystalline mixture, Both the ends are sealed or welded having inner conductor conducted to external Terminal which is later connected as a link towards the down conductor.
After that, it is sealed cautiously from both the ends. we look out for defects if any and get it reprocessed .
